My Victorian terrace in Peckham has cracked bay windows. Is it subsidence?
Not necessarily. Bay windows were often built on shallower foundations than the main house, so they commonly move on their own. We check whether the movement is old and stable or still active, and whether a drain, tree or the foundation itself is the cause.

I’m buying a warehouse conversion in Bermondsey. What should I check?
