How it works
1. Send us your architect’s drawings, or photos of the loft and a description of what you want.
2. We give you a fixed quote and, where needed, visit to inspect the existing roof structure.
3. We design the structure and issue calculations and drawings.
4. We support your builder and Building Control through to completion.

Common questions

Do I need structural calculations for a loft conversion?
Almost always. A loft conversion needs Building Regulations approval, and Building Control will ask for calculations for the new floor and any changes to the roof structure.

Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes. Most of our loft work comes through architects and loft builders, and we coordinate the structure with their design.

Is my loft suitable for conversion?
Head height, roof shape and the existing structure all matter. We can visit and advise on what’s structurally possible before you commit to a design.
