Structural surveys and drainage design across London, Sussex and Kent
Kelp Studio is a civil and structural engineering practice with 12+ years’ experience on every type of building, from period homes and extensions to new-build developments.
We’re one of the few structural engineers who also design your drainage. That means one team for your structural calculations and your SuDS strategy, fewer handovers, and a design that works below ground as well as above it.
What we do
• Structural surveys and reports: non-intrusive visual surveys with findings and recommendations, covering cracking, subsidence, bowing walls, roof and floor defects, and pre-purchase checks.
• SuDS and drainage design: drainage strategies for planning, discharge of conditions, and S106 / build-over agreements with local water authorities.
• Structural design: calculations, drawings and specifications for extensions, lofts, basements, wall removals and new builds.
