Using
AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce 2D and 3D sketch models, we provide detailed
drawings for a variety of developments including extensions, conversions and
landscaping. Our planning drawings present clear and concise visualisations of
what our clients wish to achieve, while our Building Regulations drawings flesh
out the schemes in greater depth to accurately determine the feasibility of the
proposals, as well as provide important construction and insulation details and
dimensions.
We maintain regular communication with clients and planners during each stage of the design process, to exchange ideas and feedback and to make sure that every criteria is met in order gain approval from Local Planning Authorities and Building Control.
